Grass Fed Flanken Ribs

Flanken Ribs come from the first four ribs of the cow. We cut our Flanken Ribs at 1.0 inches thickness. and are great barbequed Korean Style. Each package contains two flanken ribs and is vacuum sealed. Our grass fed Flanken Rib packages weighs between 0.8 and 1.5 lbs and are $8.00 per pound.

Grass Fed Liver & Ground Beef Mix - Boost

This is a great way to get grass fed Liver into your diet. This mixture is about 85% to 90% ground beef with 10% to 15% Liver. It works well in hamburgers, spaghetti, and tacos. No one can tell the difference. Each package is vacuum sealed. Our grass fed Boost packages weigh approximately 1 pound and are $9.00 per pound.

Grass Fed Short Ribs

Short Ribs come from the rib and plate areas of the cow. We cut our Short Ribs at 3.0 inches thickness. Short Ribs like to be slow cooked. Each package contains three or four short ribs and is vacuum sealed. Our grass fed Short Rib packages weigh between 1.2 and 2.0 lbs and are $7.00 per pound.

Ground Beef

Our Ground Beef comes from one cow only. We create our delicious hamburger meat from the trimmings left over when the primal cuts. Our ground beef packages weigh between 0.8 and 1.2 pounds and are $7.00/pound.

Ground Beef Patties

Ground Beef Patties are 1/3 pound each and are pre-formed and individually frozen for your convenience. Our Pattie packages weigh approximately 1 pound and are $7.50/pound.
