
Nana's Best Ever Hamburgers/Sliders
Ingredients:

Instructions:

Form the patty.

Salt and pepper both sides. Be sure to use sea salt and my preferred pepper is the Kirkland Brand Coarse Ground Malabar Black Pepper.

Heat a pan with butter to the point the butter just starts to smoke.

Place sliders/burgers in the pan. Cook for one minute on the clock.

Flip the patties. Cook for one minute.

Turn the heat to medium.

Flip the burger again and cook for an additional one minute on each side on medium heat.

Serve. Enjoy!
